Meagen Mendoza began her training studying ballet at Rozann-Zimmerman Ballet Center under the direction of Patrick Frantz, Paris Opera Ballet and Patricia Davis, American Ballet Theatre.
She began performing at the young age of 5. Highly trained in many styles of dance such as jazz, modern, hip hop, and folklore, Meagen was later introduced to the world of Ballroom. Meagen has been featured in “DANCE BEAT” Magazine several times for her success in Dancesport Competitions and competes with her partner, Pavel Balykin in Professional Latin.
Ms. Mendoza has also performed in many prestigious venues such as the Japan American Theatre, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Kodak Theatre, Ford Amphitheatre, El Capitan Theater, and has toured North America with the Massenkoff Russian Folk Festival. She recently finished dancing with Disney as Jasmine and Mulan in their Live Stage Show for their premiere of Tangled.
Meagen has embraced teaching as another outlet in which she shares her love of dance and the competitive experience.
