Our Women’s program is designed for women by women. Ladies Only Fitness program is designed and ran by our coach Daria, former professional gymnast, who used to compete on National Team of Russia. With women’s needs in mind Daria came up with a program that not only will shape you up in a healthy way, but also will teach you to move graciously.


Daria’s program is nothing like others. It is not a boot camp where you will lift and flip tires. Through out the structured program and systematic approach you will improve your stamina, develop strength and flexibility gain control over your weight, learn to balance your body and move like a model.
